Accessibility Supports
Districts can create a spreadsheet to submit accessibility supports for state testing through the Oregon Data Suite. The file is formatted so that it can be submitted to TIDE.
To enter data for the Accessibility Supports click on the student you need to make accommodations for-
Make your selections from the dropdowns, click Insert once you have completed your selections.
Only the submitter and your district Accessibility Supports Manager can make edits to the record.
To download the report, go to Admin>Downloads> Accessibility Supports, this will generate a file in the format needed to upload into TIDE.
Please don’t make any changes to the file!
Your district administrator may need to grant you access to the Accessibility Supports, by going to Admin>Accounts>select the user, and go to Access to Features
