Custom Assessments | An ODS feature allowing districts to upload, build, or analyze their own assessment data (e.g., local benchmarks). Results can be disaggregated by student groups and displayed alongside state and vendor assessment data. |
Custom Filters | Tools that allow educators to segment and analyze data based on specific criteria such as grade level, demographics, program participation, or date ranges. Filters can be saved, shared, or customized to focus on particular groups of students. |
Dashboards | Interactive visual displays of key data points, including attendance, assessments, discipline, and course outcomes. Dashboards provide quick, actionable insights at the district, school, grade, or student level. |
Interventions | The intervention tool allows users to create custom intervention plans, assign strategies, and monitor student outcomes over time. |
KPI Tools | Key Performance Indicator tools enable districts to define, track, and measure progress toward goals, such as attendance, assessment performance, or behavioral outcomes. KPIs can be tailored to local priorities and monitored via dashboards and progress monitoring via the Measure Group field. |
Progress Monitoring | Two separate modules for tracking student progress towards KPIs. Users can view both the individual student performance and the summary snapshot of different selected demographic groups. |
Public Dashboards | An Admin tool that allows for data dashboards designed for broader audiences, such as school boards or communities. They provide transparent views of key student performance indicators while protecting student privacy. |
Reports | Pre-built reports that summarize data across attendance, assessments, discipline, demographics, and enrollment. Reports can be filtered and exported, helping educators quickly access key insights and trends. |
Success | A dashboard focused on the Student Success Act (SSA) and Student Investment Account indicators. It integrates historical and current state data to support district planning, goal-setting, and equity-driven decision-making. |
