Attender Dashboard
Attender is a great tool for viewing Regular Attender and Chronic Absenteeism Rates that includes demographic information by district, school, grade level, and student level data. View attendance rates for the last 90 days, Historical Trends, and the State Accountability rates.
On the Attender Dashboard you can view the Regular Attender or Chronic Absenteeism Rates for 90-day Cohort Trends, Historical Trends, and State Accountability Rates by district, school, grade, or student.
90-Day Cohort Trend - Displays the Regular Attender or Chronic Absenteeism rate for all students currently enrolled in your school or district. Attendance is from the first day of enrollment to the current date. Rates are displayed for the past 30, 60, and 90 days. Regular Attenders are students with an attendance rate of >90%. Chronically Absent students are those with an attendance rate of <=90%.
Historical Trend - Are Year-to-date comparisons of attender rates on a specified date compared to those on the same date in previous years.
State Accountability - Estimates the Regular Attenders rate for the current year based on the accountability rules for District or School Profiles Details sheet (includes students with a minimum of 75 days enrollment and enrolled on the first school day in May; calculated from the beginning of the school year to May 1). Historical data provided is from the ODE Accountability Details report for Regular Attenders.
In the Attender Dashboard, you can view district and schools grouped by building type, individual schools, grade level, and student level information by clicking on the icon you wish to display.
To view demographic data, click on the Show Demographics, you can use the ‘Demographics’ drop-down to select the data you wish to display down to the student level.
