Step 4 - Manage Intervention Offerings

Pathway: Admin>Progress Monitoring

Adding Intervention Offerings

You must set up measure groups (in KPI Settings) before you can set up your Intervention Offerings. See Step 3 to set up Measure Groups.

  • Select Intervention Catalog

  • Click on an Intervention Name (example: Fall Nudge Letter)

  • Click on the + to add an Intervention Offering

  • Enter the Offering Name

Include enough information to differentiate between different offerings of the same intervention- example: grade level or time period; fall, winter, spring. This name is what user entering student(s) into an intervention will see.

  • Enter the beginning and end dates that this offering is available (this sets the time parameters that a teacher/specialist can implement the intervention)

  • Select how progress will be measured: You have two options: Staff Entered (no data pulled as in a staff/teacher observation) or Automated (pulled from within existing data in ODS)

Option 1: Staff Entered

  • When you click staff entered…

  • You will need to select a scale type

Scale Type Option Details:

  • Completion Scale - Yes/No

  • Proficiency Scale - Beginning/Approaching/Proficient/Advanced

  • Risk Level Scale - High/Low/Some

  • Rubric Scale - No Evidence/Does Not Meet/Nearly Meets/Meets/Exceeds

*Creating your own scoring Scale/Edit existing Scale is covered in Step 5 [LINK}

Option 2: Automated

  • When you click Automated…

  • You will need to select a measure group from the dropdown list

  • You will also need to select the measure from the dropdown list

These are the Measure Groups you have in your KPI Settings. See Step 3 for Measure Group Setup.

  • Click Save to save New Offering
