Adding Intervention Offerings
If you plan to pull a specific data point, you must set up measure groups (in KPI Settings) before you can set up your Intervention Offerings. See Step 3 to set up Measure Groups.

Select Intervention Catalog

Click on an Intervention Name (example: Attendance Check)

Click on the +Add Offering to add an intervention offering

Enter the Offering Name
Include enough information to differentiate between different offerings of the same intervention- example: grade level or time period; fall, winter, spring. This name is what user entering student(s) into an intervention will see.

Select the beginning and end dates that this offering is available (this sets the time parameters that a teacher/specialist can implement the intervention)

Description (Optional) You can describe what this specific intervention offering is tracking.

Select the Methodology- this is how progress will be measured: You have two options: Scoring Scale (Staff will select from a scale) or Measure (pulled from within existing data in ODS)
Option 1: Scoring Scale

You will choose your scoring scale.
Scale Type Option Details:

Completion Scale - Yes/No

Proficiency Scale - Beginning/Approaching/Proficient/Advanced

Risk Level Scale - High/Low/Some

Rubric Scale - No Evidence/Does Not Meet/Nearly Meets/Meets/Exceeds

Option 2: Measure

When you click Measure…

You will need to select a measure group from the dropdown list

You will also need to select the measure from the dropdown list
These are the Measure Groups you have in your KPI Settings. See Step 3 for Measure Group Setup.

Click Submit to save New Offering
