Step 5 - Manage Scoring Scales

Pathway: Admin>Progress Monitoring>Scoring Scales

View Scoring Scales

  • Click Scoring Scales to view

  • View of Scoring Scales- (Example: Completion Scale, Proficiency Scale, Risk Level Scale, Rubric Scale)

Edit Scoring Scale

  • Click on the name of the Scoring Scale you would like to edit.

  • Click Edit

Edit section options

  • Option 1 - Edit the Scoring Scale Name

  • Option 2 - Make changes to Indicators- (Example: change name, delete indicator)

  • Option 3 - Add another Indicator


*You can Drag and Drop to change the color of the indicator


  • Click Save to save edits done on the scoring scale.

Add New Scoring Scale

  • Click the + to the right of Scoring Scale

  • Enter Name for New Scoring Scale

  • Click the + under Options

  • Name Scoring Scale Indicators

  • Add and name new Scoring Scale Indicator - as needed

  • Click Save to save New Scoring Scale

Change View of Scoring Scales

  • On Scoring Scale Management Page- Click the Options button to change/manage view

  • Columns Tab & Sorting Tab - click on the 🛈 to view settings for each
