This student list report shows attendance information for each student including average daily attendance percentage, total days enrolled, attendance days, absence days, and the number of tardies.
Attendance By Period
This report shows the number of absences per period disaggregated by the school, department, teacher, period, and course. Total absences by period are also provided for the department and school.
Cumulative Monthly Attendance

This report provides cumulative attendance data by month at the student and aggregate levels. Attendance for each month includes prior months. Attendance is color-coded based on attendance rate. Student grade, homeroom teacher, home language, gender, race/ethnicity, and EL & SpEd status are also provided. In addition to student-level data, aggregate data is provided for all students as well as by race, grade level, and special programs.

This report provides cumulative yearly attendance for current and past years at the student and aggregate levels. Attendance is color-coded based on attendance rate. In addition to student-level data, aggregate data is provided for all students as well as by race, grade level, and special programs.
Daily Attendance By Type
This student list report provides student attendance percentages by absence type. This report is based on positive and negative attendance calculations. Included in the report for each student is program membership, school, race/ethnicity, gender, number of days enrolled, total days absent/present, and days absent/present by attendance type.

Discrete Monthly Attendance By School

This school-level report provides discrete monthly attendance data aggregated by the school. Attendance is calculated for each individual month and does not include prior months. By default, the report will include the full school year. A custom date range can be selected including only the selected months for current and past years.
Nudge Letter
This report provides an individual letter per student selected by attendance criteria. The letter provides the student’s attendance information and compares that information to the average attendance of other students in the same grade/school. The student’s address can be included allowing the letter to be folded for mailing.
Nudge Letter Export
This student list report provides attendance information for each individual student along with the average attendance of other students in the same grade/school. The intent is to allow school districts to merge this information with a form letter created by the district to notify parents of their child’s attendance as compared to other students.
