• Amplify DIBELS Data System (DDS)-  (DIBELS Amplify ) – Please send an email to help@amplify.com and cc: ods-district-support@wesd.org and ask for a release form to add your DIBELS data to Willamette ESD’s project account.

• Amplify mCLASS DIBELS and/or mCLASS Lectura (mCLASS Amplify )- Please download and fill out the following mCLASS third party release form: Amplify_mCLASS_data_release_form.docx and send the form to contract-support@amplify.com and cc: ods-district-support@wesd.org, so we know that this process has been initiated with Amplify mCLASS to start the SFTP data request.
