Report Purpose
This report provides district and student-level Career and Technical Education (CTE) participation data used to evaluate student engagement in CTE coursework and career pathway programs.
The report includes both:

A Summary Table containing aggregate CTE participation metrics by student group

A Student-Level Table containing detailed student demographics, course participation, and CTE pathway classifications
The report supports:

Monitoring CTE participation trends

Evaluating equity in CTE access and participation

Identifying student engagement across career pathways

Supporting college and career readiness initiatives

Reviewing participation across CTE program clusters

State student IDs are zero-padded to 10 digits.

CTE Classification Logic
CTE Clusters (Categories) are derived from NCES SCED course code attribute mappings.
Each cluster indicator is reported as:

Y = Course aligns to the cluster
-
N = Course does not align to the cluster
Course Inclusion Rules
Only latest qualifying marks for the reporting year are included.
Transcript-only marks use transcript school, course, and grade values when applicable.
