Report Purpose
This report provides a student-level view of weekly (non-cumulative) attendance rates across a selected school year.
Unlike cumulative attendance reports, this report shows attendance calculated within each individual week only, allowing users to analyze short-term fluctuations and week-over-week changes.
This is especially useful for identifying patterns such as attendance dips, recovery trends, or the impact of targeted interventions.

Select one or more schools to include in the report.

The report provides one row per student, with columns for each week in the selected school year.

Each column represents a specific week (based on week start date).
Each cell displays:
Attendance Rate (Weekly) + Indicator

Where:

The percentage reflects attendance for that week only (not cumulative)

The arrow indicates change compared to the previous week
Indicator Definitions

↑ Increase – Attendance improved compared to the previous week
-
↓ Decrease – Attendance declined compared to the previous week

→ No Change – Attendance remained the same
Indicators are calculated from week-over-week differences and applied within the report for readability.
