Report Purpose
This report provides a detailed, student-level view of academic marks across courses and marking periods. It is designed to support analysis of student performance by combining course information, grading outcomes, and key student program indicators within selected school years and schools.
Parameters
Required Parameters
School Years
Select one or more school years to include in the report.
Schools
Select one or more schools to include.
Mark Periods
Select one or more marking periods (e.g., T1, T2, T3).
Mark Types
Select one or more mark types (e.g., Final, Progress).
Report Output
The report provides the following information for each student and course:
Student Information

Student ID: Unique student identifier

Student Name: Last name, first name

School Year: Academic year of enrollment

Grade Level: Student’s grade during the selected year

School: School of enrollment

Gender: Student gender
-
Race/Ethnicity: Federal race/ethnicity classification

Home Language: Primary language spoken at home
Program Indicators

504: Indicates if the student has a 504 plan

SPED: Indicates if the student receives special education services

ELL / LEP: Indicates English learner status

Migrant Ed: Indicates migrant education participation

Indian Ed: Indicates participation in Native American education programs
Course & Marks Information

Mark Period: Reporting period for the grade

Mark Type: Type of mark (e.g., Final, Progress)

Course Name: Name of the course

Course Period: Scheduled class period

Subject Area: Subject classification (e.g., Math, ELA)

NCES Code: Standardized course code (if available)

Teacher: Assigned teacher

Scale Code: Grade/mark (e.g., A, B, C, etc.)
Course Attributes

Honors: Indicates honors-level course

AP: Indicates Advanced Placement course

IB: Indicates International Baccalaureate course

CTE: Indicates Career and Technical Education course

Dual Credit: Indicates college credit eligibility
Course Timing & Credits

Course Start Date: Start date of the course section

Credit Attempted: Credit value attempted for the course

High School Credit: Indicates if the course counts toward high school credit

Transcript-only marks are included, but course details may differ if no active section exists

Results are based on current student enrollment and permissions at the time of report execution
